How does the process work?

Schedule a free call with one of our experts using the “schedule a call” button. Our specialist will briefly diagnose your company’s current situation, needs, problems, and team challenges. After we shake hands, you will have an alignment meeting with our specialist recruiter, and we will send you a list of talents that best fit your requirements and then… Hire! After that, you will have a 14-day risk-free trial

How much it costs?

There are no upfront costs. After the talent or team begins working, an invoice will be submitted monthly to account for the hours worked. Our talents’ hourly rates range from $35 to $95, depending on the seniority of the position. 

What are the guarantees?

We provide a 14-day risk-free trial. If the talent or team doesn’t meet your needs, we will promptly replace them within the same time frame.

What should I do to get hired?

After that, just wait for us to get in touch if there is a position that suits you. If called, you will go through our selection process, which consists of at least three interviews, a profile screening, and a technical test.

How long does it take to get hired?

This depends on the number of positions we have with your profile.

In which currency will I receive?

All our talents are paid in dollars using an international account.

How do I get paid?
